- Installing tie downs, bracing, windows, and external doors
- Timber posts and floor system installation
- Cladding and eave sheets
- Fix-outs and fit-offs to a high standard
- Managing your own output and pace on site independently
- Trade qualification in Carpentry, non-negotiable
- All-round capability across framing, cladding, and fix-outs, specialists in one area only are not suitable
- Strong work ethic and a clean, consistent employment history
- High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Valid driver's licence
- ABN or willingness to set one up before starting
- Genuine openness to living and working in a rural regional area long-term
