Manager

SHREERAM DRIVING SERVICES LIMITED is looking for a Manager to join our team. We provide Age & Disability Care services. 

Some of the duties of this role would be:

• Plans, administers and reviews customer services and maintains sound customer relations.
• Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
• Handle customer complaints and queries
• Manage and handle records, including trip details 
• Providing direction and feedback to team members and assisting with recruitment
• Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services
• Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure the performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided
• Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations
• Comply with all health, safety, and privacy procedures
• Generate sales by visiting clients, retirement villages and businesses and promote the services offered by the business
• Visit Work & Income and other community events & represent the business
• Handle marketing and promotion of the business, including social media
• Handle and manage the budget
• Receive orders and bookings, planning and implementing transportation schedules,
  scheduling and allocation of vehicles and drivers

Working on weekends and being available on calls are required for this position.

Offered Wage: $34 - $40 per hour (based on experience)
Employment is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

This is a managerial role where you'll be handling the sole charge of the business and ensuring that the business is meeting the profitability KPIs.

You should have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer service or retail or have a relevant qualification (NZ Level 4 or higher).

All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice check when required.
