Premium Adventure Print Template for TRACE Adventure

About the Project: I am launching a business called TRACE Adventure. Customers send me a GPS track (GPX file) from an adventure they have completed, such as: Trail running, Hiking, Mountain biking, Ski touring, Road cycling, Mountain ascents, Adventure racing. I create a high-quality map using professional GIS software and produce a premium wall print that commemorates their adventure. This is not a one-off poster design. I need a reusable Photoshop template that I can use for hundreds of different adventures by simply replacing the map, statistics and adventure information.

Design Style: I am looking for a design that feels: Premium, Modern, Minimal, Clean, Sophisticated, Timeless. The finished product should look like something people would proudly frame and display in their home. I like the clean, premium aesthetic of brands such as: Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Strava, AllTrails. I prefer subtle, elegant design rather than something busy or cluttered. The map should always be the hero of the design.

Template Requirements: The Photoshop template should include editable placeholders for: Adventure title, Date, Main map, Adventure statistics, Elevation profile, Optional race bib or event photo, TRACE Adventure logo, Website address, Optional location icon or subtle design elements. The map and elevation profile will be created by me and inserted into the template. The designer does not need to create these graphics. Flexibility: The template needs to work with adventures of many different shapes and sizes. Some routes are short loops. Others may be over 100 km long. The layout should be flexible enough to accommodate different map aspect ratios while maintaining a consistent premium appearance. The design should also be suitable for different adventure types including running, hiking, cycling and skiing.

Deliverables: Please supply: Fully layered Photoshop (.PSD) files, Landscape template (A3), Portrait template (A3). Both templates should use the same design language and branding. Clearly organised layer groups, Editable text layers, Locked design elements where appropriate. Print-ready at 300 dpi. Easy to replace: Map artwork, Elevation profile, Adventure statistics, Title and subtitles, Website address, TRACE Adventure logo. The templates should also be designed so they can be easily adapted to A2, A1 and A0 print sizes without requiring the layout to be redesigned.

Source Files: Please provide: Layered Photoshop (.PSD) files, Any Illustrator (.AI) files used during the design process, Names of all fonts used (preferably Adobe Fonts where possible), Any graphics or assets used within the design.

I am looking for a designer to create a much more polished, modern and premium version of this product. Creative Direction: Please don't feel constrained by my existing layout. The attached design is simply to demonstrate the concept and the information that needs to be included. I am looking for fresh, creative ideas and welcome different layouts, provided the design remains clean, premium and the map remains the hero of the print. The finished template should become the signature visual style of the TRACE Adventure brand and be used consistently across hundreds of different adventure prints. The final design should feel like a premium product that someone would proudly purchase, frame and display on their wall.
