About the role
Our Internal Firm Services teams sit at the centre of PwC New Zealand, supporting our people and business so they can deliver the best possible service to clients. As a Projects and Change – Senior Analyst in our Project Delivery team, you'll help introduce and improve technology, processes and ways of working that support transformation across the firm.
Your day-to-day could include:
- Supporting the delivery of technology and process change projects, including planning, coordination and documentation.
- Analysing business processes, data and system impacts to help shape practical solutions.
- Testing new processes and technology before they are introduced to users.
- Creating clear demos, guidance and user support materials to help people adopt new technology.
- Collaborating with project managers, developers, change managers, data specialists, business teams and end users.
Skills you will bring or develop in this role
- A strong understanding of technology and how it can support better business outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Qualifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, or related methodologies are highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of technology and how it can be applied to solve business challenges.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organised with experience managing documentation, testing, feedback, and delivery activities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, data, AI, business, and end-user teams.
- Experience working in professional services, client-facing environments, or technology transformation initiatives is advantageous.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for learning emerging technologies and driving continuous improvement.
