We’re on the lookout for a Qualified Carpenter to join a growing team delivering residential and commercial projects across Lower Hutt and Wellington. With a strong pipeline of work, this is a great opportunity for someone wanting reliable, ongoing work close to home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working on both Commercial and Residential new builds and refurbishments.
  • Reading and interpreting building plans and technical drawings.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining steel structures, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Working alongside a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and building regulations.
Requirements:
  • Must be a Qualified Carpenter with relevant trade qualifications.
  • Proven experience in both Commercial and Residential building and construction.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality workmanship.
  • Must be eligible to work in New Zealand with NO restrictions.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to varying job site conditions.
