Factory Process Workers – Immediate Start | Temporary Roles

South Canterbury location.

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Process Workers to join our temp talent team.

Full-time hours (40+ per week) are often available - especially if you are flexible with the days/shifts you can work.

These roles suit individuals who are physically fit, motivated, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced production environment.

About the Role

You will be involved across a range of factory processes, including:

• General production and process work
• Machine operation support
• Packing, stacking, and quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in these roles, you will demonstrate:

• Proven work references
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Immediate availability
• Good level of physical fitness (lifting, standing, repetitive tasks)
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and a positive attitude

Previous factory or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential – training can be provided.
