Transport Manager

This role will organise and control our truck fleets, to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods on a day-to-day basis.

You will put health and safety first, ensuring compliance with occupational regulations at all time.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Arrange collection and delivery of vehicles and goods
• Maintain business records and prepare operational statements and reports
• Coordinate activities associated with the arrival, departure, loading and unloading of our truck fleet
• Organise the purchase and maintenance of vehicles, equipment and fuel.

To be qualified of this role, you need to demonstrate:

• At least 3-year relevant work experience
• Holding a Class 4/5 NZ Driver's licence, or equivelant
• Put H&S first
• Management skills and excellent communication skills
• Able to work over the weekends, or throughout public holidays, including night shifts if required
