We are seeking a skilled, proactive IT Support Technician to support and enhance our digital infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, provide technical assistance to staff and clients, and design and maintain our company's website.


Key Responsibilities

•    Determine software and hardware requirements to address business and operational needs.
•    Respond promptly to staff and clients’ inquiries regarding software, hardware, and network issues.
•    Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
•    Install, configure, and maintain software applications across the organization.
•    Adapt and customize existing programs to meet business requirements.
•    Ensure optimal performance and efficient use of applications and IT equipment.
•    Implement and maintain computer networks, including LAN/WAN systems.
•    Monitor system performance and ensure network security and reliability.
•    Design, update, and maintain company website.
•    Ensure website functionality, usability, and alignment with business needs.
•    Repair and replace peripheral equipment such as desktops, terminals, printers, and modems.
•    Manage IT asset inventory and ensure all equipment is functional and up to date.


Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:
•    Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
•    Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and network management.
•    Knowledge and skills in website design, maintenance, and content updates.
•    Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking principles and cybersecurity best practices.
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support to non-technical users.
•    Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and respond effectively to technical issues.
