Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site staff
• Monitor project progress, quality and timelines
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with plans, specifications and relevant building requirements
• Manage site health and safety requirements
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
• Identify and resolve site issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders

Requirements

• At least two years relevant construction qualification and/or proven experience in site management
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar construction management role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site health and safety
• Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work programmes
• Full New Zealand driver licence preferred
