K & K NZ Transport Ltd is looking for three (3) full-time permanent class 2 truck driver. The applicant for the position of Class 2-Truck Driver should have an NZ class 2 Driver’s License or equivalent if outside New Zealand. With minimum 30 hours guranted. The employer may offer extra hours as required.

We offer hourly wage rates from $25.00 to $35.00 depending upon experience. The company is based in Auckland Region but you may be driving outside of Auckland for delivery purposes. You will be required to work in shifts and weekends and must be fit to lift weights upto 25 KG to load/unload the items.


Job Requirements:

  • Have a good work ethic
  • Be a team player
  • Flexible with work timing
  • Have no criminal conviction and are willing to do a drug test if required
  • Be punctual, reliable, have a can-do attitude and a willingness to get the job done
  • Ensure that the vehicle has current COF and other compliance
  • Ensure accurate deliveries are made without damage and within the delivery timeframe, have technical ability as needs to unassembled parcels.
  • The applicant needs to be medically fit for the job to lift weights upto 25 KG to load/unload the freight/items/parcels
  •  Loading, transporting and delivering items in a safe and timely manner
  • Loading and unloading items from vehicles
  • Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely
  • Complete all paperwork and file them including log books and proof of delivery and handed to the company.
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times.

 

We will provide the training if required. Class 2 driver license or overseas license to convert to New Zealand license.
