We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Operator to join our team. This hands-on role involves safely recovering, transporting, and securing disabled or illegally parked vehicles. You will provide prompt roadside assistance, deliver excellent customer service in stressful situations, and maintain accurate documentation

 
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate towing equipment (tilt-tray, wheel-lift, or flatbed trucks).
Provide roadside assistance (jump-starts, tire changes, lockout assistance).
Secure and transport vehicles without causing damage.
Provide excellent customer service to stranded motorists.
Accurately fill out tow logs, paperwork, and vehicle inspection reports.
Maintain safety standards and traffic laws at all times. 
Requirements:
Clean and valid NZ Driver's Licence (Class 2 minimum required for heavy towing).
Previous towing or heavy transport experience preferred.
Solid mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Great communication skills and a calm, professional attitude.
Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions.
Might have to Work During day and attend night callouts as well.
Might need to work on Public holidays.
Might need to work on weekends as well.
