We specialized in car stereo and navigational system retail, installation, maintenance and services for over a decade. Our head quarter is located in Auckland, and we operate two branches in Hamilton and Christchurch.
In anticipation of expansion, we are trying to recruit a General Manager to oversee the company’s daily operation. This position involved day to day operation and administration management of the company, provide strategic and visionary guidance to the future of the company, and to attract valuable partnership to sustain win-win situation. This is a permanent position, 30 hours of full time weekly commitment fulfilling work life balance and a competitive salary of $165,000.00 - $180,000.00 depending on your contribution and connection.
Successful candidate will hopefully possess the following attributes:
- 5 years or more work experiences as operational/general manager, or had previously held any managerial position
- Have ran, built or scaled a business, business unit or market entry
- Practice leadership and mentorship with P&L ownership
- Multilingual is preferred but not necessary
Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of the organization and provide necessary guidance to the overall administrative system, stock management system, HR resources, quality and compliance, facility and staff management
- Develop and implement SOPs and training guide lines to ensure top of the line quality, customer services, and after-sale service
- Able to provide high level of administrative, operational and strategic support, advice and guidance to the directors
- Ability to analyze complex resource or operational management issue, provide solution and preventative actions
- Ability to generate financial and budgetary report, provide financial advice on profits & losses sheet, and to predict market trend
