Advanced Personnel is seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators for opportunities in the Christchurch and greater Canterbury Region.

We're looking for operators with proven experience operating EXCAVATORS / LOADERS / ROLLERS / DOZERS / GRADERS  within civil construction, roading, drainage or earthworks environments.

The role

  • Operating WTR Machinery

  • Earthworks and site preparation

  • Trenching and/or drainage work

  • Loading and moving materials

  • Completing daily equipment checks

  • Working safely around people and other machinery

  • Supporting the wider site team when required

 

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 -3 years' relevant operating experience

  • Proven experience operating 

  • Relevant W, T and/or R endorsements where required

  • CLASS 2 / 4 / 5 licence where required

  • Civil construction experience

  • Strong health and safety awareness

  • Reliable and able to work effectively within a crew
