We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Service Specialist, Outbound Sales to join our team for a 12-month secondment. You'll play a key role in connecting with Farm Source customers through targeted outbound campaigns, helping them prepare for seasonal needs, secure the right products and continue choosing Farm Source. You'll turn customer conversations into sales opportunities while providing a personalised experience that reflects each customer's individual needs. This role is about more than making calls. You'll be an extension of our store network, partnering with retail and field teams to strengthen customer connections and grow sales. You'll also help improve the way campaigns are managed, bringing greater visibility, consistency and continuous improvement across the network.

  • Connect proactively with customers during key seasonal campaigns.
  • Convert customer needs into confirmed orders and repeat purchases.
  • Support stores and field teams to reach more customers.
  • Deliver relevant, personalised and purposeful customer conversations.
  • Identify opportunities to use outbound sales beyond campaign activity.
  • Build strong relationships across the Farm Source network.
  • Help improve campaign visibility, consistency and effectiveness.

You're motivated by results, comfortable taking initiative and always looking for a better way to get things done. You'll bring strong sales and relationship-building skills, excellent attention to detail and experience contributing to continuous improvement. Most importantly, you'll be a collaborative team player who is ready to take ownership and make things happen.
