Our Digital team delivers technology and services that support more than 11,000 staff, frontline operations, partners and the people we manage across Aotearoa. We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager - Digital to lead a diverse portfolio of digital infrastructure and service initiatives that are critical to the safe and effective delivery of Corrections services.
In this role, you will oversee the planning and delivery of projects within the Digital Infrastructure Services programme spanning network connectivity, datacentre, cloud platforms, communication services, cybersecurity and other infrastructure platforms and solutions. Working closely with Product Directors, project teams, vendors, other Programme Managers and senior stakeholders, you will provide leadership across programme governance, financial management, resource planning, risk management and investment delivery.
This is a highly visible role with significant influence across the delivery of digital services. Digital Infrastructure Services are foundational for many other applications, products and services within the digital portfolio. You will help shape future investment roadmaps and priorities, support programme decision-making and ensure digital programmes deliver value for frontline operations.

The midpoint of the salary range is $182,127 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $154,808 - $218,553 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
