Want to work directly for one of the biggest bike brands in the world — then join our team at Specialized Auckland. We're after a Ride Consultant / Service Technician for Specialized Auckland — a hybrid role for someone who's as sharp on the shop floor as they are on the workstand.

Around 60% of your week is in the workshop — repairs, servicing, bike builds — climbing to 80% through the summer peak. The rest? Out front with riders, giving honest advice and selling the best bikes on the planet. This role will be part of our full-time crew working Tuesday – Saturday.

What You'll Do

• Keep riders riding — own repairs, servicing and builds, start to finish
• Own the service experience — take work in with precision, set expectations, then beat them
• Deliver wow moments — listen hard, advise honestly, create riders for life
• Drive sales — inspire confident purchases and follow up every enquiry
• Master the tools — workshop craft plus Lightspeed POS and Hubtiger
• Be rock solid — dependable, punctual, and always ready to roll with the team

What You'll Bring

• A genuine passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
• 2–3 years of high-performance retail or sales experience, with results to show for it
• 1–2 years as a bicycle mechanic (preferred) and real confidence with a toolkit
• Great communication and a team-first attitude
• Availability across weekends, the ability to lift 25kg+ and stand for long periods
