As a Solutions Analyst in NZiT, you will support the introduction, operation and ongoing improvement of PwC New Zealand's Microsoft productivity and collaboration services.

The role combines application ownership, change coordination, staff adoption and liaison with PwC Global IT to ensure Microsoft changes are understood, supported and effectively embedded in New Zealand.

Your day-to-day could include:

  • Act as the NZ Service Manager for Microsoft core services, working with PwC Global IT to understand upcoming changes, coordinate local readiness and escalate service issues
  • Maintain oversight of Microsoft core services, including service performance, incidents, recurring issues, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate the introduction of new and enhanced Microsoft services into PwC New Zealand.
  • Assess how Microsoft changes may affect business processes, staff experience, data and existing ways of working.
  • Support staff adoption of new and changed Microsoft services through clear communications, guidance, training and engagement.
  • Coordinate the escalation and resolution of Microsoft service issues, maintaining visibility and ownership through to an appropriate outcome.
  • Maintain service documentation, knowledge articles, support guidance and training materials for Microsoft core services.

Skills you will bring or develop in this role

IT degree or related IT qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Resilience during times of high pressure

Approachable and interested in establishing positive working relationships

Excellent process driven organisational skills

Ability to explain IT issues to the business in business language

A collaborative approach to working with third party and outsourced providers
