IWS Coach Opportunity In Auckland
Are you ready for your next challenge? We have a fantastic new opportunity for an IWS Coach as part of our dynamic IWS team in Auckland. This is a 12 Month fixed term contract covering a parental leave. The Danone Integrated Work System (Dan-IWS) is a structured framework that improves operational efficiency, quality, and workplace culture by integrating people, processes, and technology.
As a key responsibility, you will coach on the Dan-IWS program for all functions within the Auckland site, specifically Line Trio and operators. You will implement the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology for Run-To Target (RTT), various departments, and pillars. Additionally, as the data owner for operations, you will ensure the accuracy and availability of all relevant data before reporting the agreed-upon Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to both local and global teams.
You will:
- Coach and support Line Trio on RTT and Dan-IWS initiatives.
- Prepare and review coaching plans on a daily and weekly basis.
- Ensure PDCA thought process and effective pillar meetings.
- Maintain accurate KPI reporting and ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Promote and communicate Dan-IWS progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and address issues, adjust coaching plans, and reapply best practices to accelerate IWS deployment across all levels.
- Integrate Dan-IWS applications in safety and quality, ensure adherence to relevant standards.

To be successful, you will also have:
- Tertiary qualification in Science/Engineering/IT or related field
- Prior experience in manufacturing operations.
- Strong data analysis and data interpretation skills.
- Experience in coaching and training teams is highly desirable.
- Prior work experience in the Dairy or Food industry.
- Strong change management and project management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams through change.
- Ability to work through shifting priorities.
