About the Role We are looking for experienced Voice Pickers to join our client's busy distribution warehouse in Mount Wellington, Auckland. This is a physically active role suited to people who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a supportive team. What We Offer

  • Three shifts available: Day, Afternoon, and Night (Night Shift receives an additional $1.00 per hour)
  • Shift Times:
    • Day: 5:00am – 1:30pm
    • Afternoon: 1:30pm – 9:00pm
    • Night: 9:00pm – 5:00am
  • Monday to Thursday roster
  • Great team environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Voice picking using a headset
  • Picking, stacking, and preparing customer orders
  • Lifting and loading products onto pallets
  • Operating pallet carriers safely (where required)
  • Working efficiently in a busy distribution centre
  • Following all health and safety procedures

What You'll Need

  • At least 1 year of experience in voice picking using headsets and pallet carriers
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy products throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work well within a team
  • Experience with RF scanning is an advantage
  • Experience operating palletising equipment is an advantage

Pre-employment Requirements Successful applicants must:

  • Pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Have the legal right to work in New Zealand
