Wai Hospitality Group operates three of Queenstown's most established restaurants – Public Italian Kitchen, Finz Seafood & Grill, and Bella Cucina. Each venue has its own style and identity, but we all share the same philosophy - exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and a positive team culture.

We're looking for Restaurant Supervisors who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy leading by example, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. What you'll be doing

• Welcome and guide guests to their seats, introduce menus, highlight specials and make recommendations, take food and beverage orders.
• Handle reservations, optimise seating arrangements, and maintain service flow.
• Conduct shift briefings and team coordination.
• Supervise Hospitality Superstars during shifts, uphold standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Contribute to achieving KPIs, including customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 12 months experience in hospitality or similar role involving customer service and sales.
• LCQ qualification with current Manager's Certificate preferred.
• Experience using hospitality POS and reservation systems.
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
• Passionate about customer service and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Competitive pay of $28.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Rostered shifts across Monday to Sunday, minimum 30 hours per week.
