Job Description
Responsible for executing company projects in building construction. Take off quantities, pricing, and preparation of tender submissions. Carry out site measurement, cost estimation, and cost calculation. Prepare PS3 and other relevant documents for each project. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the project manager.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility. Willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
