Senior Program Stream Lead GRC and Contracts

An ICG client is looking for a highly experienced, and motivated program stream lead to assist with an exciting M&A transaction. The successful accredited professional will report to the overall program manager and be accountable for structuring and managing and leading one of a small number of major focused streams of work, which have been blueprinted at a high level. This is a "sleeves-up" role, with a single BA in support.

Key Deliverables:

  • Refined or blueprinted stream plan
  • Ongoing reporting on activity and outcomes
  • Sensitively managed stakeholder interfaces
  • Successfully delivered work stream on or below time and resources budget
  • Lead and manage a BA and involved client stakeholders

Skills and experience required:

  • Significant experience (5+ years) as a management consultant or industry-focused senior program manager experience
  • Ability to manage across complex multi-SBU businesses within a large-scale financial services environment
  • Stakeholder interfacing / engaging with teams to receive required inputs and align on delivery outcomes
  • Self-starter, complex problem solver – someone who gets to outcomes and results quickly
  • Proficient in defining and developing program schedules
  • Insurance financial services background desirable (please specify which sub sectors you have worked in)
  • Exposure to one or both of the people and premises function (Please specify quantum of each in your application)
  • Specific experience with post-merger integration/separation support (Please specify transactions you have supported)

Logistics:

Start date: Starting Immediately

Duration: The roles finish February 2025 with possibility of an extension

Location: Auckland or Sydney (Strong Preference Auckland)

Rate: The daily net rate to the consultant will be between $950-$1,100 NZD plus GST where applicable (AUD or NZ depending on location).

Application Close date: No later than Thursday 16th, May 2024, 12-noon AEST APT's must be lodged within 48 hours. We will review all APT's and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.
