GTM Sales Effectiveness Manager

Are you passionate about business transformation, operational excellence, and using AI and automation to improve business performance? We're looking for a commercially minded GTM Sales Effectiveness Manager to drive sales effectiveness, operational performance and strategic transformation across our APAC business.

Reporting directly to a Senior Leadership Team member, you'll partner with teams across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance and Marketing to deliver initiatives that improve performance, customer outcomes and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action and wants to own high-visibility transformation programs in a highly matrixed global organisation.

We're looking for someone with a combination of commercial acumen, analytical capability and project leadership experience. You'll bring:

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Effectiveness, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence or Strategy Execution
  • Strong project management experience delivering complex business initiatives
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience improving business processes, workflows and operating models
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, automation or technology-enabled process improvement
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment
  • The ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges and proactively drive outcomes
