As a Graduate Cost Manager, you'll gain exposure to both pre- and post-contract activities, supporting key commercial functions on a range of dynamic projects.

How you'll make a difference:

• Assist with cost modelling and cost planning to support project budgeting and financial forecasting
• Support procurement activities, including managing tender processes and documentation
• Contribute to financial and due diligence reporting to inform project decision-making
• Help review and manage change control procedures to ensure commercial accuracy throughout project delivery

Qualifications:

• Graduate Attributes: We're seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Bachelor's Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or any related discipline.
• Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
• Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.
• Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in New Zealand before applying.
