About you

You are an experienced healthcare professional with a relevant Allied Health & Technical qualification, current professional registration, and ideally a qualification in business, health management, or a related field.

You have 3 - 5 years leadership experience and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality services. You are committed to supporting and engaging staff, and have strong coaching and mentoring skills.

You build positive working relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with a wide range of people. You are confident influencing others, open to new ideas, and take initiative to improve services and team performance.
