We are looking for Project Engineers - Project Managers and Technicians with Industrial refrigeration experience. We have roles in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Industrial Refrigeration Technician to support our service operations. Reporting to the Service Team Manager, you will bring strong technical capability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned and reactive service, maintenance, and repairs on commercial refrigeration systems
  • Diagnose faults and implement effective, customer-focused solutions
  • Complete all service reporting and documentation accurately and on schedule
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers
  • Participate in training, toolbox meetings, and safety programs
  • Ensure all work meets company, industry, and safety standards

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic (Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)
  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • Current ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Restricted Electrical Licence
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial refrigeration service and maintenance

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience with supermarket refrigeration, cold storage, or large-scale commercial systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours or participate in an on-call roster
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset
  • Exposure to industrial or ammonia refrigeration systems (advantageous but not essential)
