The Kitchen Hand is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and assisting the chefs with basic food preparation.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Kitchen Hand will maintain kitchen cleanliness, perform basic food preparation, and manage relationships with kitchen staff and other hotel teams. Health and safety are prioritized, with active participation in H&S discussions and necessary training.

Key attributes include adherence to company values, initiative, teamwork, reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure. While 1-year experience in a similar position is desired, a driver's license is required. Flexibility around working hours and a willingness to contribute to the team are also necessary.
