Manage SME client portfolio end-to-end and drive renewals and process improvements.

Client Executive

As a key member of our regional team, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent service to existing and new clients across the SME portfolio. You'll work collaboratively across the business, to ensure a seamless, positive client experience. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end client journey, working closely with Claims teams and Aon Business Services (ABS) colleagues to ensure smooth, timely support. You'll take ownership of a small portfolio of SME clients requiring standard product sets, and contribute to client planning alongside Client Directors/Managers. Lead renewal and mid-term discussions, ensuring advice is timely, accurate, and aligned with client needs. Optimise systems and processes to drive efficiency, scalability, compliance, and a strong colleague and client experience. Champion continuous improvement, using data insights and best practice to deliver predictable, high-standard outcomes. Promote proactive conduct and risk management, identifying and mitigating operational, privacy, and third-party risks in everyday work.

Skills and experience that will lead to success include being a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, systems and detail – and who takes pride in getting things right the first time. You'll bring a client-first mindset, strong communication skills, organisational and time management skills, a collaborative approach, commercial awareness, a problem-solving mindset, resilience and adaptability. A Level 5 Fire and General Insurance Qualification will be required.
