Role and Responsibilities

The role entails:

  • Tracking domestic and international cutting-edge developments in AI generative models and intelligent agents (AI Agents), conducting market research and trend analysis on AIGC technologies, products, and applications.
  • Assisting product managers in driving the application of AIGC technologies in gaming, combining insights into gaming business and evaluations of LLM/Agent model capabilities to formulate technical implementation plans.
  • Designing innovative solutions integrating gameplay with AI agents, coordinating resources to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Developing data and technical standards for AIGC/AI Agent-related gaming products, designing scenario-based application solutions, and operational demonstration plans.
  • Exploring deep integration of AI agents into gaming scenarios (e.g., NPC interactions, procedural content generation, dynamic narratives), and optimizing synergies between technical capabilities and user experience.

Qualifications

We look for:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Passion for the gaming and internet industries; familiarity with AI agent principles and frameworks; prior experience in technical prototyping or scenario-based implementation is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of development, testing, and operational workflows; strong product mindset and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional creativity and systematic design ability, capable of independently drafting requirements documentation and coordinating cross-team communication.

Bonus points:

  • AI Technical Proficiency: Solid grasp of AI fundamentals and mainstream algorithms, with deep expertise in at least one AI domain (e.g., generative models, reinforcement learning) and its practical limitations.
  • AI Agent Expertise: Hands-on experience researching AI agent technologies, familiarity with mainstream frameworks, and awareness of deployment challenges.
  • Gaming AI Experience: Prior work applying AI in gaming contexts (e.g., smart NPCs, dynamic environment generation, player behavior prediction).
