What You'll Do
- Design and develop advanced, multi-step problems across your domain that test and improve AI reasoning at a deep level
- Review and evaluate AI-generated solutions for academic rigor, logical soundness, and real-world applicability
- Apply your research expertise to craft complex problem statements that challenge AI models in meaningful ways
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts across disciplines
- Ensure the highest standards of clarity, depth, and intellectual integrity across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments at a pace that fits your schedule
Who You Are
- Hold a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university
- Have a strong track record in research, publications, or complex technical project work
- Think rigorously — you're comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at structuring complex problems clearly
- Exceptionally strong written communicator with sharp attention to detail
- Fluent in English and based in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently without hand-holding
Nice To Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows and terminology
- Cross-disciplinary research experience spanning multiple STEM domains
