We're on the lookout for an energetic and outgoing person to join our team in a part-time, permanent role.

This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, vibrant environment with real pathways into leadership roles across the Cook Brothers Hospitality Group.

As part of the Mr Murdoch's crew, you'll help keep our venue pumping. Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and engaging guests to create warm, memorable experiences
  • Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines, coffees, mixed drinks and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Operating the bar during service, including setup, restocking, and pack-down
  • Following opening and closing procedures with accuracy
  • Promoting products, upselling, and supporting venue sales targets
  • Handling payments and POS transactions
  • Maintaining bar cleanliness, washing glassware, tapping kegs and rotating stock
  • Supporting the duty manager and wider team as required
