Productivity Manager

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently recruiting for our next superstar to join our team. Your role will be to effectively lead the delivery of the site's productivity and performance goals by engaging teams and inspiring operational excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to coach and mentor project leaders, leading broad cross functional project teams from concept through to completion.
This is a full-time permanent role based at our Wiri office reporting to the ANZ Productivity Manager. Our hiring and selection process will include 2 interviews an online assessment, background, and pre-employment checks.

Job Requirements
- Identify opportunities to deliver the annual productivity target through ownership of a structured Ideation process
- Support ANZ Productivity Managers and Manufacturing Site Leadership Team to implement changes to drive efficiency and operational improvements
- Assist in analysis of performance data and validation of reporting systems to identify areas for change across Manufacturing and Logistics
- Lead the development of a lean culture across all functions in the business
- Co-ordinate specific Performance Improvement Teams to address specific site opportunities by sharing best practice with other sites and using Lean principles across Sales, Manufacturing and Logistics.
- Champion and support operational change through implementing and embedding improvements.
About You
- Established experience in Process Implementation and Project Management
- Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, Science or a related field is desirable
- Excellent computer skills and experienced with Excel, Minitab and Tableau
- Excellent understanding of data collection and reporting processes
- Ability to influence, lead teams and change across a broad audience
- Good understanding of Manufacturing or Supply Chain functions
- Strong continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrated change management skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Great Time Management skills
- Ability to coach and be a strong team player
