We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join New Zealand's leading banking and finance team. We are looking for a banking and finance solicitor with 4+ years' experience gained in New Zealand or overseas.

We act for both borrowers and lenders on a broad range of complex and innovative financing transactions across different industry sectors. You will have the opportunity to play a lead role in our team, with a focus on acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, complex syndicated and club lending, structured finance, and debt capital markets.
