Ezyland Limited is a New Zealand-based private limited company specializing in internet-only retailing is "fast-growing, digitally-driven commerce platform" seeking a SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR & SALES MANAGER to lead B2B/B2C sales, manage international supplier relationships, and oversee contract negotiations.

Both roles are full time, permanent positions with a minimum of 40 hours/week.

Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, e-commerce systems, network environment, and technical integrations. The role will work closely with local management and offshore technical teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient business systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, maintain, and monitor physical and virtual servers, storage, networks, and related IT infrastructure.
  • Manage and optimise e-commerce systems, including inventory, product information, online ordering, and payment/checkout platforms.
  • Maintain system security through firewalls, endpoint protection, patching, access controls, and security monitoring, ensuring compliance with the NZ Privacy Act and relevant data protection requirements.
  • Support integration of business systems with international supplier APIs and logistics platforms for accurate and timely stock and order synchronisation.
  • Manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and recovery testing to support business continuity.
  • Provide Level 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, network, connectivity, and system-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance, identify technical issues, and implement solutions to maintain system availability and reliability.
  • Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, configuration records, and network diagrams.
  • Liaise with local directors, business users, suppliers, and offshore technical teams to resolve technical issues and support business requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; at least 3 years of relevant experience substitutes for the formal qualification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with local management and offshore technical teams.

Salary: NZD $35–$45 per hour, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.


Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and manage key customer and international supplier relationships. The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, strengthening market presence, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue and growth across multiple sales channels.
  • Manage and maintain key international supplier and customer relationships, ensuring product availability, competitive pricing, and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and support customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead and negotiate commercial arrangements, pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance against revenue and financial targets and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activity, and product performance to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
  • Work closely with digital marketing, operations, finance, and other teams to coordinate sales, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  • Maintain accurate sales, customer, supplier, and commercial records and ensure appropriate administrative processes are followed.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification OR at least 3 years of relevant sales or management experience.
