●        Pay rate: from $30-$35 per hour

●        Days required: 6days/week

●        Hours per week: min 30

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 Plan, coordinate and oversee daily transport operations, including allocating delivery
routes, vehicles and drivers to ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and
on schedule.
 Supervise full-time and casual drivers, prepare and manage driver rosters and work
allocations, and provide day-to-day operational guidance and support to the driving
team.
 Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies, road
transport requirements, driver logbook and fatigue management requirements, and
workplace health and safety procedures.
 Coordinate vehicle inspections, servicing and maintenance schedules, including
relevant COF, RUC and other regulatory requirements, to ensure the fleet remains
safe, compliant and operational.
 Monitor daily transport activities and fleet utilisation, identify delivery delays and
operational issues, and coordinate appropriate solutions to maintain efficient
transport operations.
 Conduct driver induction and on-the-job training, provide ongoing supervision and
guidance, and assist drivers in maintaining required safety, operational and customer
service standards.
 Investigate transport-related incidents, driver issues and customer complaints,
maintain appropriate operational records, and report significant matters and
recommended corrective actions to management.
 Liaise with customers, warehouse staff, drivers and management regarding delivery
schedules and operational requirements, and provide regular operational updates
and recommendations to improve transport efficiency and service performance.

Job Requirement

●         At least two-years relevant prior experience or substitute with a formal qualification (level 4 or above ) in any field 

●         A “can-do” attitude

●         Have an eye on details

●         Self-motivated

●         Clean non-criminal record
