We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team in Auckland. This is a permanent full-time role with 40 hours per week.

The role is vital to the success of our manufacturing operation. Effective coordination of production functions ensures the smooth flow of materials, efficient manufacturing processes and delivery of high-quality products to the market.

You will be responsible to oversee, coordinate and manage the company's production, procurement and inventory operations, ensuring the manufacturing activities are planned, organised , directed and controlled to achieve operational, commercial and customer delivery objectives. The role aligns production capability with business growth while ensuring the effective management of people, material, equipment and operational resources.

To be qualified for this role, you need to demonstrate:

  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience, or a degree-level relevant qualification.
  • Leadership and People Management
  • Knowledge of finance, supply chain, procurement and quality assurance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work throughout weekend and public holidays
