We are now seeking a Marketing Specialist to help us develop structured marketing strategies to attract new clients and support the business's ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities of this role:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape within the freight and logistics sector.
- Analyze business client and shipper behavior and purchasing patterns to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's business objectives and service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with the overall business and operational strategy.
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to promote the company's logistics and supply-chain services.
- Manage the end-to-end marketing campaign process, from concept through execution and analysis.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website, and email marketing.
- Monitor the company's online presence and optimise digital channels to enhance brand visibility among target business clients.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements across all marketing materials.
- Utilise data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimisations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to achieve marketing goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, freight partners, and service providers.
To be qualified for this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of marketing-related work experience, or a bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing or Business can replace the work experience requirement.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills in both writing and speaking.
