Pay: Minimum $25.00 and maximum $35.00  

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed, between 9 am and 7 pm  Relevant Experience: Minimum two years  

Willing to work on weekends (Working days will be between Monday and  Sunday)  

Job description:  

• To assess the mobile phones' functionality, install and update phone  software, and troubleshoot wiring problems  

• Solid knowledge of phone hardware, software, and operating systems 

• Communicating with customers to learn about their repair needs 

• Working on cell phones and mobile devices from various brands, models,  and operating systems  

• Troubleshooting devices to identify aspects of the programming that might  need repairs  

• Completing surface-level repairs, such as cracked LCD screens, stuck or  missing buttons or scratched surfaces  

• Repairing complex parts of mobile devices, such as their wiring, control  pads and programming  

• Ensuring our products receive the highest standard of alignment, testing,  and repair prior to being shipped to our customers.  

• Processing incoming trade-in orders for used phones  

• Monitoring repair jobs in progress, including warranty & service  replacements.  

• Familiarity with network troubleshooting and configurations 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail  

• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

• Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services.
