• Read and interpret building plans, drawings, specifications and work instructions to determine job requirements.
• Measure, mark, cut, shape and assemble timber and other building materials according to plans and specifications.
• Construct, install, repair and maintain timber structures, fixtures and fittings.
• Erect timber wall frames, roof framing, floor framing and other structural components.
• Install doors, door frames, windows, skirting boards, architraves, cabinetry and other finishing components.
• Install and repair internal and external timber linings, partitions, ceilings and flooring where required.
