Position Title: Store Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Bay of Plenty 
Pay Rate: $30 – $38 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 50 hours per week 

Key Requirements
At least 2 Year's of Experience OR Level 4 Qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
  • Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies and assist with pricing decisions.
  • Promote and advertise the store's goods and services.
  • Sell goods and services to customers and assist with customer enquiries when required.
  • Maintain records of stock levels, purchases, sales, and financial transactions.
  • Undertake budgeting activities and monitor business performance.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and support store staff.
  • Prepare staff rosters and allocate daily duties.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety requirements and company procedures.
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient customer service and business performance.
  • The Manager must make all business decisions as he or she sees fit
