Chahal Patran Limited is looking for 2 Truck Drivers to join us in Taranaki team. This is a permanent full time role with minimum 32 hours a week and maximum 40 hours. The applicants will be roastered between 6 days ina week. 

The role involves: 

  • Driving truck. 
  • Positioning vehicle for smooth loading and unloading. 
  • Operating, lifting and tipping machinery safely.
  • Follow NZ road and transport industry laws.
  • Follow health and safety rules.
  • Conducting routine vehicle inspection. 
  • Ensuring weight distribution within road limits.
  • Securing and covering goods to prevent demage or loss. 
  • Verifying documents, inspecting goods & obtaining delivering certification. 

What we are looking for: 

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
  • DG endrosement and Forklift licence preferred. 
  • Heavy drivers licence.

Start time will be roastered dpending upon work.
