Location: Linwood, Christchurch 
Hours per Week: 30 (Full-time)

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist to oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities and performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or issues
  • Assist to manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier orders
  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation
  • Assist with staff training, shift planning, and rostering
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations

 

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail or supervisory experience
  • Full Drivers Licence is required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
