Quality Improvement Leader
Are you passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes? We're looking for a Quality Improvement Leader to join our Hamilton team and drive quality, food safety, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across the business. Reporting to the Hamilton Quality Manager, you'll lead a team of two Quality Leaders and work closely with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve quality challenges, and deliver measurable improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence business performance while building a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality improvement initiatives across Hamilton operations.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
- Coach, support, and develop team capability.
- Maintain quality management systems aligned with regulatory, ISO, and company requirements.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Facilitate continuous improvement and Kaizen projects.
- Partner with manufacturing teams to improve quality performance and reduce waste, spoilage, and blocked stock.
- Support successful new product introductions.
- Act as the voice of the customer and support complaint resolution activities.

About You:
You are a proactive quality professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You enjoy driving improvement, influencing others, and delivering results. You'll bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in quality leadership within manufacturing, packaging, chemical, FMCG, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or willingness to achieve certification within 12 months.
- Experience leading quality improvement projects.
- Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
