We are currently looking for a reliable Hammer Hand / Construction Labourer to join a busy team working on projects throughout the Wellington Region. This role offers a variety of hands-on work including fencing, decking, retaining walls and general building support, making it a great opportunity for someone with practical skills who enjoys working outdoors. What the role involves:

  • Assisting builders with fencing, decking retaining wall projects
  • General construction labouring
  • Measuring, cutting, and basic carpentry support
  • Site clean-up and helping keep projects running smoothly

What we're looking for:

  • Previous hammer hand or building experience preferred
  • Basic hand tools are a bonus
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
