At Busy Bees Aoraki Early Education Centre in Timaru, you'll join a passionate, supportive team where tamariki come first. As a Teacher-in-Training, you'll learn alongside experienced teachers who value professional growth, share ideas, and are committed to best practice and creating the best learning experiences for tamariki. This is a part-time role: 30 hours a week.

Previous experience in an ECE environment is an advantage, but we'll also consider candidates who demonstrate:

  • A passion for teaching tamariki and building a career in ECE.

  • Plenty of initiative and a proactive "can-do" spirit to keep our daily flow moving.
  • Great communication skills to build quick rapport with everyone in our community.
