Our friendly team in Wellington offers a comprehensive range of new and used BMW and MINI vehicles, parts, and accessories, and are looking for a Parts Advisor to join them.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the workshop is supplied with parts, accuracy and on time
  • Preparing smash repair quotations
  • Maintaining existing customer & trade relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Ensuring the timely processing and delivery of all orders

About you:

  • You'll be comfortable within a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, along with:
  • Franchise parts experience - ideally with any European franchise or a minimum of three years' experience within a retail parts department
  • Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in work
  • A customer centric mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams for best customer outcomes
  • Excellent computer literacy and experience with DMS systems

Experience preparing smash repair quotations desirable but not essential - we're willing to train.
