Client Manager

Join a team where relationships, expertise, and innovation drive success. As a Client Manager, you will be entrusted with developing and growing a diverse client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening strategic partnerships. Bringing your technical broking expertise, you'll collaborate with clients, underwriters, and Aon stakeholders to develop tailored strategies that create value, drive retention, and support long-term success. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client servicing requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business
  • Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders
  • Preparing proposals for new business opportunities
  • Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Proven experience in insurance broking and managing your portfolio
  • Ability to deliver high quality client services and have exceptional communication skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • L5 Fire and General Qualification!
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
