Based in South Island (New Zealand), an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Territory Manager, to join us on a part-time (3 days a week), 12 month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will develop a business relationship between CSL Seqirus and Medical Healthcare Providers, and Healthcare Support Agencies in the South Island territory, creating the opportunity to sell and achieve key objectives.

The Role

  • Develop a partnership with customers regarding promoting the CSL Seqirus portfolio of products.
  • Maintain a high level of quality sales contact with customers within territory.
  • Provide service to customers on product (technical and non-technical) whilst maintaining clear strategies outlined by Brand Managers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities or threats to CSL products/business bring customer insights into the business and collaborate to develop local strategies you can implement on territory to address.
  • Maintain a high level of market intelligence.
  • Prepare a comprehensive territory plan and summary.
  • Engage with key customers with the appropriate frequency and deliver on KPIs for coverage and frequency of key target customers.
  • Ensure cost effective territory management.

Skills and Experience

You will be tertiary qualified in science/medical related discipline, and will have:

  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience. Experience in territory and brands including vaccines will be highly regarded.
  • Strong business acumen and influencing skills.
  • High level of interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Sales skills with proven success
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Pro-active, positive and persistent attitude.
