About the role

At PwC's Transformation Design & Delivery (TDD) practice, we work alongside clients to design and deliver complex transformation programmes across strategy, process, technology, and change.

We are growing our team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland and are looking for experienced Senior Analysts who want to build their transformation capability while playing a meaningful role in delivering real outcomes for our clients.

  • Make a substantial impact in the following areas:
  • Structure complex problems into clear, actionable plans and deliver high-quality outcomes that drive real client impact
  • Work closely with clients to understand challenges, contribute to solutions, and support the delivery of meaningful outcomes
  • Contribute to workstreams across transformation programmes, taking ownership of defined deliverables and activities from planning through to execution
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and project teams, communicating clearly and helping maintain alignment throughout delivery
  • Plan and manage your work effectively, balancing priorities and adapting to changing delivery needs
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, working with project leads to address or escalate them appropriately
  • Contribute to project management activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination across teams
  • Work effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and support delivery
  • Contribute to implementation and service transition activities, helping ensure solutions are embedded effectively and sustainably
  • Support the development of junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
  • Contribute to the development of our tools, frameworks, and ways of working, helping strengthen how we deliver transformation at PwC
  • Leverage PwC's coaching and development network to accelerate your growth while gaining exposure to a wide range of transformation work

Skills you will bring or develop in this role

  • Experience in transformation, change, project delivery, or a related environment (typically 2–4 years ), with experience owning and delivering defined activities or deliverables
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across clients, project teams, and other stakeholders
  • Experience working in structured delivery environments, with familiarity with recognised methodologies ( e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMI/PMBOK) and an interest in applying these pragmatically
  • Experience working across teams and disciplines, with the ability to coordinate activities and contribute effectively in complex delivery environments
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into practical actions and high-quality deliverables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and develop practical solutions
  • Well-organised and proactive in approach, able to manage competing priorities, take ownership of your work, and deliver to deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn, contribute to the development of others, and continue building your transformation delivery capability
