Carlton Bar & Steakhouse is growing its Front of House team ahead of the busy summer season, and we're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused hospitality professionals to join us!

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences. From providing outstanding table service to preparing quality beverages and cocktails, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and enjoyable visit.

You'll work across our bar and dining areas, supporting the wider team to deliver smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly and professional food and beverage service
  • Provide outstanding table service and create memorable guest experiences
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails
  • Use your food and beverage knowledge to make recommendations to guests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented bar and dining area
  • Process customer orders and payments accurately
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and Front of House team to ensure smooth service
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible service practices
  • Support the wider venue team during busy service periods

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous Front of House hospitality experience
  • Has bar and cocktail knowledge
  • Is passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Has a friendly, positive, and energetic attitude
  • Works well under pressure in a busy hospitality environment
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Is reliable, professional, and well-presented
  • Is flexible and available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and during the busy summer period
